The team from Kelly Sports came in to showcase what they have to offer kids in the way of sport skills. The Junior Syndicate all took part in the awesome activities that Vanessa and Jack brought in for us to try.
We tried everything, from kicking to throwing and catching. There was even fishing!!! (Catching balls in a net)
It was a great way to introduce some of the children to the skills that they require to play various sports.

greetings from North Carolina, USA. What a great lot of students you have in your class Miss Ives. it certainly looked as if everyone was having a special time at the disco. Lucky children!
It is summer here and the temperatures have been in the mid 30's and higher - very hot. We've also had some spectacular electrical storms - with one of them lasting for three hours - lots of thunder and lightning.
The squirrels have been having lots of fun galloping around the place, running up trees and swinging around branches. Very cute!
You look after your teacher now , won't you and show her just how clever you can be.
